Wrong Item Delivered

Allow us 48 working hours to review your request.
Step 3
Once your request is approved, we will arrange a reverse pickup through our courier partner.
Step 4
If reverse pickup is unavailable at your location, our support team will assist you with an alternative return method.
Step 5
After the wrong product is received and verified, we will ship the correct replacement (subject to stock availability). If a replacement is unavailable, a full refund will be processed.
Damaged Item Received

Report the damaged product within 3 days of delivery by contacting us.

Allow us 48 working hours to review your request.
Step 3
Once approved, our courier partner will arrange the reverse pickup.

If reverse pickup is unavailable in your area, we will provide an alternate return process.

After receiving and verifying the damaged product, we will dispatch a replacement (subject to stock availability). If replacement is unavailable, a refund will be issued.
Returns & Replacements Will Not Be Accepted In The Following Cases
Returns or replacements cannot be processed if:
The product has been opened, used or altered.
The original packaging, labels or accessories are missing.
The return request is made more than 3 days after delivery.
The product has been damaged due to customer misuse.
Products purchased under clearance or special promotional sales (unless damaged or incorrectly delivered).
Order Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled only before they are processed and dispatched.
Once an order has been packed or shipped, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.
To request cancellation, please contact us immediately after placing your order.
Refund Process
Refunds will be initiated only after the returned product has been received and successfully verified by our quality team.
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer or another mutually agreed payment method after receiving the customer's bank details.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges, if applicable, are clearly displayed during checkout and are considered final.
Shipping charges are generally non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (wrong or damaged product).
